Vaper Empire Answers The Question: Is Vaping Considered Smoking?
For any who have ever wondered whether smoking and vaping were the same thing, there's no longer any reason to wonder because Vaper Empire has answered the question.
In an article published on Medium.com, we explained that the two are not one in the same. In fact, they're quite different from another. While you can read our original article published on the Medium platform, we won't make you run off to another website to find the details of our explanation when we can lay them out to you right here and now.
While there's always nicotine in tobacco and thus always nicotine in cigarettes, that's not always the case with e-cigarettes and the e-liquid that they use. There are, as we know all too well at Vaper Empire, vapers out there that prefer their e-juice without any nicotine, which is why we sell nicotine-free vape juice flavours on our store.

The Difference Between Vaping & Smoking
Looking at the two as a non-smoker and non-vaper, one might see some similarity. For instance, with smokers and vapers, there's the act of inhaling what may appear similar, but in reality is actually quite different. In the case of smoking, smokers are inhaling smoke. This smoke contains tar and other chemicals that are not found in vapour, which is what e-cigs produce. The vapour produced by e-cigs is quite different from the smoke produced by vapour and according to Public Health England, the difference is less than subtle.Health Implications
Public Health England's e-cig evidence review, in which independent experts analyzed the available scientific data pertaining to e-cigarette use, found that e-cigs are likely at least 95% less harmful than normal cigarettes. That's a big difference and the potential health implications may be huge, so much so that PHE has recommended and continues to recommend that smokers switch to vaping.Nicotine's Presence
There are other differences between smoking and vaping. With vapes, there's no tobacco. There is, in some cases, nicotine, which is found in tobacco, but there's no actual tobacco. And instead of a hard material, tobacco leaves, there's a liquid substance known as e-liquid, which may or may not contain nicotine. While there's always nicotine in tobacco and thus always nicotine in cigarettes, that's not always the case with e-cigarettes and the e-liquid that they use.
